Strategy, content, social media, paid advertising

Your social media should make sense to you.

I help small businesses and growing brands turn consumer psychology, storytelling and data into marketing that connects, and converts.

Let us talk strategy

Where Creativity Meets Strategy

Joanna Sacco, smiling, against a plain green background.

Strategy rooted in how people actually think.

Before I ever started creating content for businesses, I studied psychology.

That background still shapes everything I do today.

I look at marketing through the lens of human behavior: what makes someone stop, pay attention, trust a business, remember a story and ultimately take action.

Over the years, I have also built businesses, grown communities, worked in relationship-based marketing and helped brands turn what makes them different into content people actually connect with.

Today I combine consumer psychology, storytelling, creative strategy and analytics to help businesses market themselves with more clarity, and a lot less guesswork.

How I can help

  • Social Media Strategy and Management

For businesses ready to stop winging it and build a consistent, intentional social presence.

  • Content Strategy and Creation

Messaging, content pillars, campaign ideas, reels, hooks, captions and storytelling built around your customers.

  • Launches and Campaigns

A strategy for getting the right message in front of the right people when you have something important to sell.

  • Paid Social

Meta and YouTube advertising built around your goals, then monitored, tested and adjusted using the data.

  • Strategy Intensives

Need the plan, not the ongoing management? We will spend focused time figuring out what is working, what is not and what to do next.

Let us talk strategy

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not doing it wrong.

  • You post when you remember to, then go quiet for a fortnight.
  • You know you should be posting, but never what about.
  • Every expert online tells you something different.
  • It has turned into another job you did not sign up for.

The shift

  • Before: What should we post today?

After: We know exactly what we are talking about this month and why.

  • Before: Did that Reel actually do anything?

After: We know which content brought traffic, inquiries and customers.

  • Before: Our social media could belong to any business.

After: Our content sounds unmistakably like us.

How I work, the Why Framework

  1. Why they buy

We start with your customers, not your feed. What they worry about, what they actually want, and what makes someone choose one local business over another.

  2. Why you

Your story is the part nobody can copy. We find the way of talking about your work that sounds like you and lands with the people you want to reach.

  3. Why this, now

A handful of themes, a realistic rhythm and a reason behind every post. A plan that survives a busy week rather than one that falls apart in it.

  4. Why it worked

Every month, the numbers and what they mean in plain English. We keep what worked, drop what did not, and adjust the plan accordingly.

You do not need to post more. You need to post with more purpose.

  • Good marketing does not start with an algorithm. It starts with understanding people.
  • Your content should not sound like everyone else's.
  • Vanity metrics are not a strategy.
  • The best marketing should feel like your business, just clearer.

You will always know why you are posting, and whether it worked.

I am not here to hand over a content calendar and disappear. I am here to make social media a part of your business that you understand, can talk about, and can make decisions with. If a month goes badly, we will both know why, and we will fix it together.

What working with me is like

  • A clear direction

A strategy in writing, so you always know what we are doing and why we are doing it.

  • A rhythm you can keep

Content planned around your real week, not a posting schedule that assumes you have nothing else on.

  • Numbers in plain English

A monthly report that tells you what worked and what to do next, not a screenshot of a dashboard.

  • A person, not a portal

You are talking to me. I know your business, and I answer my own emails.

Let us work out what your social media is actually for.
